Setting MIMO tracker options

Updated over 2 months ago

The Move In Move Out (MIMO) Tracker displays records of spaces that are being moved in and out of at your properties for a specified date range. There are a few options to customize what appears on the MIMO Tracker. You can select contract custom fields, or tags, to display, and you can customize which space types are hidden from the tracker. For more information about space types, see Adding a space type.

The tags that can be displayed on the MIMO tracker correspond to a contract's custom fields. If the tag you select is populated on the contract, it appears as a green tag on the MIMO record. For more information about contract custom fields and viewing the MIMO Tracker, see Customizing contract fields and Viewing the MIMO tracker.

This article describes selecting tags and space types to exclude.
