Uploading website logo and favicon

You can upload your website logo and favicon icon to Kube to customize your Prospect Portal and Member Portal. The website logo and favicon serve different purposes in Kube:

  • Website logo: Appears in the top banner of the prospect and member portals and can be used in custom email templates. For more information, see Reviewing and editing email templates.

  • Favicon: Appears as a small icon in the browser's open tab.

To upload a website logo

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Details screen appears.

  2. Select Customer Portals in the side menu and select the Websites Logo tab.

  3. Click the Website Logo area. The image uploader appears.

  4. Drag your image onto the uploader or click the uploader to select a file. The file uploads and the image editor appears.

  5. Edit the image as desired. For more information, see Using the image editor.

  6. Click Save.

To upload a favicon icon

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Details screen appears.

  2. Select Customer Portals in the side menu and select the Favicon Icon tab.

  3. Click the Favicon Icon area. The image uploader appears.

  4. Drag your image onto the uploader or click the uploader to select a file. The file uploads and the image editor appears.

  5. Edit the image as desired. For more information, see Using the image editor.

  6. Click Save.
