Customizing the home page section tiles and text

You can customize the appearance of the Visitor Management App homepage to match your organization's branding. The Visitor Management App can be customized to appear the same at all properties, or each property can be customized individually.

This article describes customizing the Visitor Management app at both the system and property levels.

CAUTION: Once the Visitor Management app is customized at the property level, that property no longer inherits system level customizations. If the customized property should use the system level settings, click the Revert To System Level button where applicable to revert all changes.

Customizing the home page at the system level

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Details screen appears.

  2. Select Customer Portals in the side menu then the Visitor Management and Home Page tabs.

  3. To change the order of the home page tiles click and drag the reorder button. Kube saves the changes.

  4. To change the name, icon, whether the tile is active, and the form submission confirmation message, click on the edit button next to the tile's name. For information on the Setup Form, see Setup form types glossary.

    2. Click Save.

  5. To change the text that appears on the standby screen and the home page, click the edit button next to Text.

Customizing the home page at the property level

  1. Select Properties in the top menu.

  2. Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.

  3. Select Setup from the side menu then the Visitor Management and Home Page tabs.

  4. To change the order of the home page tiles click and drag the reorder button. Kube saves the changes.

  5. To change the name, icon, whether the tile is active, and the form submission confirmation message, click on the edit button next to the tile's name. For information on the Setup Form, see Setup form types glossary.

Section Tiles

Name

Plain text that appears on each tile.

Tile Icon

Icon image that appears on each tile.

Active/Inactive

Select whether the tile should appear in the Visitor Management app as an option to visitors.

Confirmation Message Icon

Icon image that appears above the confirmation message when a visitor submits a form.

Confirmation Message

The message the visitor sees after they successfully submit a form.

Home Page Text

Home Button Text

Plain text displayed on the home screen idle button.

Header Text

Text displayed towards the top of the screen after the visitor presses the home screen idle button.

Additional Header Text

Text displayed below the Header Text.

Internal User

Select which internal user should receive notifications after a successful form submission.

Screen Idle Timeout (Seconds)

The amount of time before the home page returns to the home page idle screen.
