Replacing contract templates

After a template has been uploaded, it can be replaced without having to delete the original template.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

Replacing a contract template

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.

  2. Select Document Templates in the side menu.

  3. Click the Category drop-down and select Contract.

  4. Click the Edit button.

  5. Click the Replace button. A confirmation prompt appears.


    CAUTION: Once the previous template version is replaced, it cannot be retrieved.


  6. Click OK. Kube replaces the template.

NOTE: If the template is assigned to properties, the template is replaced at all the properties it is assigned to. For more information, see Assigning contract templates to properties.
