Data import dependencies

Updated over 3 months ago

Imports allow you to bulk import data for multiple companies, members, leads, contacts, spaces, amenities, property holiday schedules, charges (quick trans), amenity charges, telephone numbers, contracts, or voice services at one time. Using the import function saves you time when you need to enter multiple records into Kube.

When you import data, there are certain dependencies that you must take into account for your imports to be successful. Before you import data for one of the categories below, ensure that you have entered or imported the items in the Dependencies column. This article describes those dependencies. For more information about the steps you complete when importing data, see Importing data into Kube.

NOTES:

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

  • You must complete the System Settings onboarding tasks before importing any data.
