Customizing a tour status

Tour statuses are labels you assign to tours to indicate what stage they are at or the results of a tour. You can customize these statuses to fit your organization's needs.

Kube comes with seven default statuses: Complete, Interested, New, No Show, Not Interested, Postponed, and Reschedule.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To customize tour statuses

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.

  2. Select Custom Fields in the side menu and select the CRM and Tour Status tabs.

  3. Click the Add button.

  4. In the Tour Status Name field, enter the tour status name.

  5. Click Save.
