Choosing package group and amenity order

You can customize the order of package groups, packages, and add-on amenities in the prospect and member portals. Add-on amenities are the amenities you select as recommended add-ons when creating your packages. For more information, see Adding a package amenity.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To choose package group order

  1. Select Properties in the top menu.

  2. Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.

  3. Click Package Groups in the side menu.

  4. To choose the order of package groups, click and hold the Reorder button to the left of the package group name and drag the package group to the desired position. Kube saves the changes.

  5. To choose the order of packages in the package group, click the package group's name.

    1. Click the Edit button.

    2. In the Package Name section, click and hold the Reorder button to the left of the package name and drag the package to the desired position.

    3. Click Save.

To choose amenity order in a package

  1. Select Properties in the top menu.

  2. Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.

  3. Click Setup in the side menu and then the Amenities tab.

  4. Locate the package in the grid you want to edit. Click the Additional Options button next to the package and select Order Amenities.

  5. To choose the order of amenities, click and hold the Reorder button to the left of the amenity name and drag the amenity to the desired position.

  6. Click Save.
