Some spaces may be available after hours, but your organization does not want to change the property's business hours to make these spaces openly available. However, your organization may still want to advertise these hours as an option.
Kube allows you to set whether members, leads, or both can inquire about booking a space that falls outside the property's normal business hours.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Selecting Who Can Inquire About a Space After Hours
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Setup in the side menu and select the Booking Options tab.
Click the Edit button.
Next to the Allow Inquiry After Hours field, select Members, Leads, or both.
TIP: Spaces available to book in the member and prospect portal update to show a 24-hour calendar. The hours that fall outside the property's hours of operation are highlighted as Inquire Only.
Click Save.
