Normally, members cannot book when a property is closed for a holiday, no matter their 24/7 booking access group status. However, you can allow regular members and members in 24/7 booking access groups to book on holidays. For more information, see Adding a 24/7 booking access group.
If a member is not added to a 24/7 booking access group, you can choose to allow them to book when the property is closed for a holiday if the holiday falls on a day that the property would normally be open for regular business hours. If you enable this option, the member can book during normal business hours on the day of the holiday closure.
If a member is added to a 24/7 booking access group, you can choose to allow the member to book any time the property is closed for a holiday. If you enable this option, the member can book 24 hours a day on the day of the holiday closure, whether the property would have been open or not.

To set who can book on holidays
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Spaces screen appears.
Select Setup in the side menu and select the Holiday Settings tab.
Click the Edit button.
Select the Yes next to the booking options you would like to enable.
Click Save.
