You can manually update the Occupancy and Forecasting by Company reports with the most recent data. Otherwise, this task automatically runs daily.
To manually update report statistics
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property in the grid and click the property name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Scheduled Tasks in the side menu.
Click the Run Now button next to the Update Report Stats scheduled task. Kube updates report statistics.
