You can configure company voicemail options and turn off the voicemail portal for a company, should the company not want its members to use voicemail.

NOTES:
If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To configure company voicemail options
Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.
Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Essentials window appears. Click Detailed View.
Select Voice in the side menu.
Click the Edit button.
In the Voice Portal section, complete the fields. For field descriptions, see the Voice Portal Fields Screen Reference at the end of this article.
Click Save.

Voice Portal Fields Screen Reference
Voice Portal | Turn the voicemail feature On or Off.
NOTE: By default, voicemail is turned On. |
Voice Portal Name | Name of the voicemail portal that appears in reports. |
Voice Portal Telephone | Telephone number used for calling directly into the company's voicemail portal.
NOTE: The caller must use the Administrator Password to access the company's voicemail portal. |
Voice Portal Extension | Default extension of the voicemail portal. This field is not editable. |
Voice Portal Calling Line ID First and Last Name | First and last name that shows on caller ID when calling the voicemail portal. |
Reset Password button | The Administrator Password is used to access the company's administrator voicemail portal. Clicking the Reset Password button shows the Reset Administrator Password fields and allows you to reset the Administrator Password to the password you enter.
CAUTION: The Administrator Password should only be given to those who need access to your entire company's voicemail system, which includes all member voicemails and company voicemail settings. |
