Reviewing and editing memberships

Memberships are amenities that determine which services and amenities members have at a property. After a contract with a membership amenity has been activated, you can manage the assignments from the Memberships menu. For more information about adding a membership amenity and contracts, see Adding a membership amenity and Creating a contract.

This article describes viewing and managing memberships at the company level.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To review and edit memberships from the Memberships menu

  1. Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.

  2. Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Essentials window appears.

  3. Click Detailed View. The Company Overview menu appears.

  4. Select Memberships in the side menu.

    1. Locate the member in the grid and click the three dot additional options button.

      1. Select Manage Membership. Make your selections and click Save.

      2. Kube updates the Membership Usage graphs.

  5. Alternatively, click the Bulk Assignment button. The Assign Memberships slide out menu appears.

    1. Click Select Members next to the membership you want to assign. A list of available members appears.

    2. Click the member's name to select and deselect them from the membership assignment.

    3. Click Select Members and then Assign Membership.

    4. Kube updates the Membership Usage graphs.
