Company coworking passes are coworking passes that a company's members can use to check in to an open desk space, should a seat be open. Unlike member coworking passes that are assigned to specific members, company coworking passes are shared among a company's members.
You can control whether a company's members use member or company coworking passes first when checking in to open desk spaces. By default, members do not use company coworking passes first. However, if members use company coworking passes first, they do not use member coworking passes until all available company coworking passes have been used. Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
If your organization does not use coworking passes, you will not see the Use Company Passes Before Member Passes option.
Updating the company coworking pass usage order overrides all member selections to the company selection you make. You cannot undo this action after saving. To make this selection for a single member, see Selecting whether a member uses member or company coworking passes first.
You can choose whether Kube sets new companies to allow members to use company coworking passes first. For more information, see Setting default company group options.
Members use one-time coworking passes before recurring coworking passes. For example, if a member uses company coworking passes first, they use company one-time coworking passes until there are none left before using company recurring coworking passes. Once all company coworking passes are used, they use member one-time coworking passes before using member recurring coworking passes.
Selecting whether a company's members use member or company coworking passes first
Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.
Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Essentials window appears. Click Detailed View.
Select Groups & Hours/Credits in the side menu.
Click the Edit button.
Select a Use Company Passes Before Member Passes option.
NOTE: If you select Yes, all company members use company coworking passes before they use their member coworking passes.
Click Save. A confirmation request appears.
Click OK.
