After you add a member, you can use the Member History screen to review all changes that have been made to the member's information in Kube. Every time an internal user makes a change to a member, Kube logs each change as a separate entry to the Member History screen.
When you convert a member to a lead, Kube copies the data on the Member History screen to the Lead History screen. For more information, see Converting a member to a lead and Reviewing lead history.
Kube labels changes made by internal users with an "A", changes made by members with an "M", and changes made by Yardi technical support with an "S".

To review member history
Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.
Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Member Essentials window appears.
Click the Detailed View button.
Select History in the side menu.
TIP: Use the filter to locate specific records.
