Managing external member notes on a booking

When a booking is created either through the reseller portal or from the Prospect and Member Portals, external notes can be added. These notes are added either by the prospect or member, or by an internal user. Once the external note is added, it can be edited by the member or an internal user.

This article describes managing an external booking note in the reseller portal.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To manage external notes from the company's bookings menu

  1. Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.

  2. Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Essentials window appears.

  3. Click Detailed View. Select Bookings in the side menu. The Manage Bookings screen appears.

  4. Locate the booking in the grid and click the three dot additional options button next to the booking.


    TIP: If you are not seeing the booking you are looking for, use the filters located along the top to search for a different property, by a member, or by a different date.


  5. Select Edit Booking Note in the drop down menu. The Edit Booking Note window appears.

  6. Edit the note, and click Save.

To manage external notes from the member's bookings menu

  1. Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.

  2. Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Member Essentials window appears.

  3. Click Detailed View. Select Bookings in the side menu. The Manage Bookings screen appears.

  4. Locate the booking in the grid and click the three dot additional options button next to the booking.


    TIP: If you are not seeing the booking you are looking for, use the filters located along the top to search for a different property, by a member, or by a different date.


  5. Select Edit Booking Note in the drop down menu. The Edit Booking Note window appears.

  6. Edit the note, and click Save.
