When a contract is created in Kube, the activity and details of that contract are tracked in various places in Kube. The following areas can be used to view contract history and details:
Contracts Dashboard: On the Contracts Dashboard, click on the links in the Details column to view additional details about the link clicked. Kube opens a slide out menu where the details appear. You can also use the tiles at the top of the screen to filter the screen. For more information, see Contracts Dashboard overview.
Contract Summary: While viewing a contract, you can use the Summary menu to view high level contract information and the products and services included in the contract.
Contract History: While viewing a contract, you can use the History menu to view a detailed log of all contract versions that have been created throughout the life of the contract and their approval history.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To review contract details and history
Select Customers > Contracts in the top menu.
To review quick details about products and services included in the contract, locate the contract in the grid and click the links in the Details column.
To review high-level details about the contract, locate the contract in the grid and click the contract's name. The Terms & Company screen appears.
Select Summary in the side menu. Kube displays contract information.
To review changes made to the contract, locate the contract in the grid and click the contract's name. The Terms & Company screen appears.
Select History in the side menu. Kube displays the versions of the contract that were activated, active, or are in progress. You can use the Discarded filter to view contract versions that were never activated.
Click the three dot additional options button and select Approval History to view contract approvals.
TIP: Click the fields with blue link text to show additional details about that field record. Click again to minimize the information.
