Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR) reports are custom reports based on your organization's specific needs and must be set up in Yardi Voyager before you can run them in Kube. This article discusses running a YSR report in Kube. For more information about setting up a YSR report in Voyager, see "Adding a YSR report" in the Yardi Voyager Spreadsheet Reporting User's Guide in Client Central. If you do not use Voyager, contact Yardi technical support for assistance.
When you are selecting a YSR report to run, Kube displays all YSR reports in Voyager that start with "Kube" in their name. After you select a report, Kube displays the report's configured filter options. You can complete the filters to limit the data that Kube returns when you run the report. Kube can export the report to PDF, Word, or Excel, depending on how the YSR report is configured in Voyager.
To run a YSR report in Kube
Select Reports in the top menu and select YSR Reports from the drop-down menu.
Complete the fields.
Report Name
Select the report you want to run. Kube displays all available YSR reports.
NOTE: Kube only displays reports that start with "Kube" in their name because your organization may also have YSR reports in Voyager that are not intended for Kube.Output Type
Select the format you would like Kube to deliver the report in (PDF, Word, or Excel). Kube only displays available formats for the selected report.
Merge Reports
Select this option if you want Kube to combine multiple reports into a single document, should Kube return multiple reports.
Filter selections
Filters are unique to each report and are configured in Voyager when you set up YSR reports. When you select the report you want to run in the Report Name field, Kube displays the filter selections configured for the selected report.
Click the Generate button. Kube runs the report.
TIPS:
To export report data, click View Report in the Report column. Kube exports the report data in the file format you selected in the Output Type field.
If you enabled the Merge Reports option and Kube returns multiple reports, you can export a merged report by clicking here in the report list header.
