An auto attendant is an amenity that acts as an automated answering service that presents callers with menu options they can select from to reach members or departments. To use an auto attendant, you need to record and upload the menu greetings the auto attendant plays for callers.
NOTES:
If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To use an auto attendant, you must also add auto attendant menus in Kube. For more information, see Adding a company auto attendant menu.
You can upload .wav files with G.711 codec (compression) that are up to 5 MB.
To add a company auto attendant audio announcement
Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.
Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Overview screen appears.
Select Voice in the side menu and select the Auto Attendants tab.
Locate the auto attendant in the grid and click the auto attendant's name.
Click the Announcements button.
Click the file uploader field to select a file or drag and drop the file onto the uploader field. Kube uploads the file.
Click Save.
