Assigning an alternate number to a member

Updated over 5 months ago

You can assign alternate phone numbers to a member so the member’s phone rings when callers dial the alternate phone numbers. This allows the member’s phone to ring when up to 10 phone numbers (in addition to the member’s assigned phone number) are dialed. For more information about assigning a primary phone number, see Configuring member call processing.

NOTES:

  • If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
