Launching the voice reception console

The reception console allows internal users to manage incoming calls to your properties. In Kube, you can launch the reception console interface or the backup reception console interface, should the main reception console not launch correctly.

NOTES:

  • If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To launch the voice reception console

  1. Select Properties in the top menu.

  2. Locate your property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.

  3. Select Voice in the side menu. The Reception Console screen appears.

  4. Click the Launch Reception Console button. The Reception Console screen appears in a new browser tab.


    NOTE: If the reception console does not launch, click the Launch Reception Console Backup to launch the backup reception console.
