Updated over 3 months ago

Kube reports provide detailed information about different aspects of your organization:

  • Operational Reports list information about orders, space occupancy, contract expirations, contract rent amounts, bookings, and company services.

  • Income Reports list information about income by GL account, company, and amenity. You can also see balances owed and how old they are, in addition to amounts your organization has written off.

  • Liability Reports list information about taxes and security deposits.

  • Bank Reports list information about deposits and reconciliations.

  • Data Reports list information about data/Wi-Fi services at your properties.

  • Voice Reports list information about voice services at your properties.

  • Sales Reports list information about inquiries and leads at your properties.

  • Coworking Reports list information about coworking check ins and check outs at your properties.

  • Membership Report lists information about Memberships assigned to members at your properties.

  • Electronic Payment Reports list information about ACH, debit card, and credit card payments.

  • YSR Reports are custom reports based on your organization's specific needs and must be set up in Yardi Voyager before you can run them in Kube.

  • Audit Reports list information about activities that have taken place in the operator portal. For example, you can view Create and Update records for companies and internal users.

  • Yardi ILS Reports list Financial and Booking information from your Yardi ILS services, such as Coworking Manager.

Summary reports have click-through detail reports that show more detail about an item you clicked in a summary report. Click-through reports allow you to view and download additional information about items in summary reports.

NOTES:

  • Use reports from your accounting software for reporting purposes. Kube reports are for reference purposes only.

  • Kube uses accrual-based accounting, which includes transactions into reports as the transactions are entered in Kube.

TIPS:

  • You can use filters and data grid sorting to help you find specific information in reports. When you view reports, Kube automatically filters the reports for your default property. You can change the filter as needed. For more information, see Using filters and Using data grids.

  • You can export certain data grid information to either PDF or Excel files by clicking the Export to PDF button or the Export to Excel button that appears at the top right of the data grid.

  • Dates in reports do not use culture settings. Instead, all reports appear in Month DD, YYYY format (for example, December 1, 2020).
