Activity Feed Introduction

Updated over 4 months ago

The Activity Feed is a customer relationship management tool that allows you to add notes, tasks, activity logs, files, tours, events, and support notes to different records in Kube. Kube compiles Activity Feed events, tasks, and tours in the Activity Calendar. For more information, see Activity Calendar screen overview.

This section describes the Activity Feed.

NOTES:

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

  • For archived records, Kube only displays the Activity Feed tab.

You can access the Activity Feed either by clicking the Add/View Activity clickable text in a data grid or by clicking the Activity Feed button that docks at the right side of the screen when you view a record in Kube.

Kube compiles all activities on the Activity Feed tab, and Kube never deletes activities. You can mark an activity complete by clicking the Completed button, postpone an activity by clicking the Postpone button, and edit an activity by clicking the Edit button.

The following graphic shows an example of the Activity Feed:
