We are very intentional with the contractor introduction process, and we aim to match you with a dedicated and vetted contractor within our network who is well-versed in your location, budget, and design.

1️⃣ The first thing we do is assess your design and the scope of your project, and then begin submitting your project to local Yardzen-vetted contractors that would be the best fit.

2️⃣ Once we have things firmed up from a contractor, we will make a personal introduction for you via email or text.

3️⃣ Next, your contractor will work to schedule a site walk with you, come out to the property, and make any necessary "red-lines" to your design at that time (this is very common!)

4️⃣ Your contractor will then deliver a bid within a few days and at that point, we're happy to look over your bid for an objective second opinion with our in-house contractor.

5️⃣ You can then decide if you'd like to work with them and sign a contract to get a start date in place!
