Overview
This article explains the meaning of each membership status you’ll see under Users → Members.
Member Statuses
They describe the current state of a person whose membership has been activated or converted from an approved application.
Status | Description |
All | Displays all members regardless of status. |
Active | Members with an ongoing, paid, and active subscription or membership. |
Inactive | Members whose membership is no longer active (for example: expired, cancelled, or suspended). |
Past Due | Members who have outstanding payments or overdue invoices linked to their membership. |
Paused | Memberships that have been temporarily placed on hold (either by an admin or per the member’s request). |
Guest | Non-subscribed users with limited or temporary access (e.g., guest passes or event access). Note: guest check-ins require a member to have already checked in. |
