Overview
This guide shows how to view and manage both upcoming and past experiences (events) in the admin dashboard. You’ll learn how to find events, filter by date, review RSVPs, check-in attendees, and analyze event history.
1. Accessing the Experiences List
In the Admin sidebar, go to Experiences.
Choose Upcoming to view future scheduled events or History to look at completed ones.
2. Understanding the Event List
Each row in the list includes:
Event Title – name of the experience.
Place & Country – location of the event.
Date & Time – when the event starts (and duration if applicable).
RSVPs – number of members who registered.
Recurring – indicates if this is a single event or part of a series.
Status – shows if the event is Published or a Draft.
You can also:
Search events by title.
Filter by date range: Today, Tomorrow, This Week, All, or a custom range.
3. Experience History (Completed Events)
Under the History tab you’ll see all events that have concluded.
The same columns (Event, Place, Date/Time, RSVPs, Recurring, Status) apply.
Filters available: Today, Yesterday, This Week, All, or custom date ranges.
4. Opening an Event Detail Page
Click on an event title to view more details. The detail page contains:

Admin Best-Practices
Regularly check the Upcoming tab for the week ahead to ensure you are prepared for events.
Use the History tab to review past event performance (attendance, no-shows, guest ratios) and optimise future planning.
Ensure you use the Check-in function to capture actual attendance, improving data accuracy for reporting.
When deleting events, confirm that any recurring components or linked resources are handled to avoid orphan records.
