⚠ Reservations are available only for multi-location partners. This feature is also visible to members in the mobile app, allowing them to make a reservation tied to the entire location rather than a specific amenity.
Overview
In Admin you can view and manage all member reservations made for venues. Use filtering, search, and table insights to monitor booking activity by user, location, membership type, and date.
1. Viewing Reservations
Navigate to Operations & Venues → Reservations → Venue Reservations.
At the top of the table you’ll see the total number of reservations recorded.
Use the filters to scope your view:
Date: e.g., Today, Tomorrow, This Week, All.
Place (Venue): Select the specific venue from the dropdown.
Search: Enter a member’s name or email to locate specific bookings.
The table includes these fields:
User – Member who made the reservation.
Place – Venue location reserved.
Membership – The membership plan tied to the reservation.
Date/Time – Scheduled time of the reservation.
2. Use Cases – Why it matters
Track which venues are booked most frequently by membership tier.
Identify upcoming reservations for operational planning.
Monitor usage trends (e.g., by date, venue, user segment) to optimise venue capacity and pricing.
Admin Tips
For same-day operations: Use the Today or Tomorrow filter to focus on imminent bookings.
If you see unexpected high volumes for a specific membership tier → review capacity or adjust pricing/policies accordingly.
Regularly filter by Place to inspect under-utilised venues and explore promotional strategies.
Encourage members to cancel bookings via the app when needed — reduces admin workload.
