Troubleshooting Unexpected App Behavior
Sometimes apps can behave unpredictably — if a customer reports an issue, follow these steps:
Close and reopen the app.
Many temporary glitches are resolved this way.
If the issue persists, log out and log back in.
This refreshes the user session and clears cached data.
Make sure the latest update is installed.
Not all users will have automatic updates enabled. Make sure the latest and greatest is installed on their device.
If the problem continues, contact support.
