Overview
This guide walks you through the full sequence from a member’s application submission to activation inside Yayem Admin. Follow along to understand what the user sees and what happens on the admin side.
1) Application Submission Complete
After a candidate submits their application form, they’ll land on a confirmation page stating the submission was successful and that the team will review it.
2) Applicant Receives Review Confirmation Email
Immediately after submission, the system sends an email to the applicant confirming their application has been received and is under review.
3) Application Status “Awaiting Review” in Admin
In the Admin panel under Users → All Members, the new applicant appears with the status “Awaiting Review”. Administrators can click the member profile to inspect application details before deciding.
4) Application Approval
After reviewing the applicant’s information, the admin clicks Approve Application. A confirmation dialog warns that this action will trigger an automated email and cannot be undone. When confirmed, the status changes to Approved.
5) Membership Activation Email Sent
Upon approval, the system sends the applicant an email prompting them to Activate Your Membership. When they click the link, they’re taken either to the login screen (if not logged in) or directly to the membership tier selection.

6) Membership Tier Selection
On the activation page, the user chooses their membership tier, reviews the benefits of each option, and confirms the membership start date.
7) Payment via Stripe
After tier selection, the user is redirected to the payment page powered by Stripe to complete the subscription. Once payment is successful, the membership becomes active.
8) Create Account Password
Following payment, the user is directed to create a password for their account. Once they click Confirm, their account is fully activated and ready.
9) Welcome Screen
Once account setup is complete, the user is greeted with a Welcome screen that introduces them to the platform and next steps.
10) App Download & Login
Members can now download the mobile app (iOS / Android) and log in using the credentials just created to start accessing member features, events, and the community area.
11) Member Status "Active" in Admin
In the Admin panel under Users → All Members, the new member’s status now shows Active, indicating they have completed onboarding, payment, and are fully activated.
