1. Accessing the Heat Map

From the left-hand sidebar, go to Users → Heat Map.

You’ll see an interactive Google Map displaying member locations, along with a list view that breaks down member counts by city.

2. Using the Map View

  • Zoom In/Out:
Use your trackpad or mouse scroll while holding ⌘ (Mac) or Ctrl (Windows) to zoom in and explore member locations in more detail.

  • Map Pins:
Each coloured point on the map represents one or more members in that area. Areas with more members appear as brighter or denser clusters.

  • Navigation:
Click and drag to move across regions and view different geographic areas. Use the Google Map zoom controls to focus on a specific region or city.

3. Understanding the List View

Below the map, you’ll see a breakdown of member data:

  • City: Displays the location where members are based.

  • Count: Number of members in each city.

  • Name & Email: Individual member details for quick reference.

Cities with a higher number of members appear at the top of the list.

4. Exporting Member Data

To export a list of all members and their corresponding cities, click Export CSV in the top-right corner.

The file will include City, Count, Name, and Email columns, ideal for sharing insights or creating reports.
