Overview
If you’ve forgotten your admin login or need to change your password for security reasons, you can reset it easily. Follow the steps below to regain access or update your credentials.
1. On the Login Page
Open your Account menu (---) at the bottom of the sidebar.
Click Reset Password.
2. Receive & Open the Reset Email
Check your inbox for a password-reset email.
If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Open the email and click the Reset Password link inside.
3. Set a New Password
You’ll be routed to a secure page where you can enter a new password.
Enter the new password once, and then again to confirm.
If there are password strength or complexity requirements, ensure your password meets them.
Click Confirm (or equivalent) to reset your password.
Admin Tips
Choose a strong, unique password (mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, special characters).
If using a publicly shared machine, log out when done and clear history/cookies.
If you don’t receive the reset email within a few minutes:
Verify you used the correct email.
Check spam/junk folders.
