Overview
The Reservations table gives you a comprehensive view of all bookings across your bookable spaces — both member and non-member. You can search, filter, cancel, and review payment status in one place.

1. Viewing Reservations

Navigate to the Reservations dashboard. You’ll see a table listing every booking made against your configured space resources.

Each row shows:

  • Space resource name (e.g., “Meeting Room A”)

  • User name and type (member vs non-member)

  • Date and time of the reservation

  • Total price and payment status

2. Filtering and Search

Use the filters at the top of the table to narrow your results:

  • Space Resource: Select a specific room, court, or bookable asset.

  • Date Range Tabs: Options such as Today, Tomorrow, This Week, etc.

  • Search Bar: Type a user’s name, email, or part of the space name to locate a booking.

3. Member vs Non-Member Bookings

  • Members: They may cancel bookings themselves via the app.

  • Non-Members: Bookings must be managed manually by admin.

4. Managing Reservations

From the Reservations table you can:

  • Cancel a reservation: Click the menu (⋮) on the row → Cancel.

  • Check payment status: See if booking is paid, refunded, or outstanding.

  • View guest details: If the booking includes guests, they’ll be listed under the main reservation and the total reflects all guests.

Best Practices for Admins

  • Monitor same-day or upcoming bookings via the filter to ensure operations readiness.

  • Always check payment status before cancellation to avoid refund errors.

  • Encourage members to manage their bookings via the app to reduce admin workload.
