This integration is available for all partner properties using Revinate for CRM and marketing automation.

How the Integration Works
1) When a user begins the Yayem onboarding process, a new contact is automatically created in the designated Revinate property list.
2) Each new user is added to a specific contact list within Revinate associated with the property. This ensures all leads and applications are properly tracked from the start.
3) As the user moves through Yayem’s step-by-step onboarding flow, profile data syncs in real time with Revinate.
4) Whenever users update specific attributes—such as status, Instagram, or LinkedIn—those fields are automatically updated in Revinate to maintain consistency.
5) Once onboarding is finished, the Revinate profile includes:
Status: e.g., “Active”
Membership: membership tier or type
Promo Code: if used during signup
Additional Attributes: all Yayem user profile data mapped to Revinate fields
Things to Note
Only attributes configured within Yayem’s mapping are synced.
Status changes (e.g., from applicant to active member) are automatically pushed.
Yayem still sends applicants and members automated transactional emails, while Revinate becomes the tool for bulk email-marketing and communication.
