This article explains the meaning of each membership and applicant status you’ll see under Users → Applicants.
Applicant Statuses
Theses statuses help you identify where a person stands in the Applicant lifecycle.
Status | Description |
All | Displays all applicants regardless of status. |
Incomplete | Applicants who started an application but haven't yet finished or submitted it. |
Awaiting Review | Applicants who have submitted their application and are waiting for admin review. |
Approved | Applicants whose applications have been reviewed and accepted—but who haven’t yet activated their membership. |
Rejected | Applicants whose applications were reviewed and not accepted. |
Waiting List | Applicants who have been approved but are waiting for an available spot or final confirmation to join. |
Form | Entries created from a form submission (e.g., a website form) that haven’t yet become full applications. |
