Overview

Connect your booking flow with Mews to automatically recognize hotel guests and apply the correct pricing logic during checkout. When users book experiences in Yayem, their upcoming hotel stays are checked in real time to ensure consistent, personalized pricing.

This integration is available for all partner properties using Mews for hotel management and reservations.

How the Integration Works

  1. When a user books an experience through the Yayem web app, the system queries Mews for any confirmed hotel bookings within the next three months tied to their email.

  2. If a valid hotel booking is found, the user automatically receives the Hotel Guest price.

  3. If the user is an active member, the Member price always takes priority over any hotel status.

  4. If neither applies, the Public price is shown.

This integration was introduced solely to offer hotel guests a different price tier; it is not related to member-only visibility or restrictions. It is only enabled when an experience is set to Public.


Things to Note

  • Mews integration currently matches users by email address.

  • Pricing priority: Member β†’ Hotel Guest β†’ Public.

  • Yayem remains the system of record for experience reservations; Mews remains the system of record for room bookings.
