Objective
You can manually add a user or a member to any space reservation. This lets you manage complimentary access, internal bookings, and last-minute requests without requiring the user to book through the public or mobile app.
1. Open the Space Bookings Dashboard
Go to Spaces Resources → Reservations
In the top right corner, click:
Add Reservation
This will open the Add Booking modal.
2. Select a Space
Inside the modal, use the first dropdown labeled Space Resource.
Choose the space the user will be booking (e.g., Conference Room, Podcast Studio, Lounge, Ice Plunge, etc.).
This determines which time slots will be available.
3. Choose a Date and Time Slot
Once a space is selected:
Click the Date selector to open the calendar.
Pick the day you want.
Available time slots will appear in a list below.
Select the specific time block you want to book.
The selected time slot will highlight clearly, confirming your choice.
4. Enter Guest Details
Add the user's email who will occupy the space.
The booking confirmation email will be sent to this address.
This guest will be added for free and will not be charged.
5. Create the Booking
Click:
Create Booking
The new reservation will immediately appear in the space bookings table, showing:
Guest email
Booking type (Public / Member)
Space name
Date & time
Cost (marked as Free for manual bookings)
Notes & Tips
Works like the public app:
If you enter the email of an existing member, the system will automatically recognize them and create a member booking.
No payment is taken:
Manually added bookings bypass all payments.
Whether it’s a member or a non-member, no charge is made.
Ideal for VIPs, staff, and overrides:
Use this for complimentary bookings, internal team needs, or guests who need help securing a free booking.
Does not create a membership:
Adding a non-member email only books the space.
It does not register them as a member or an applicant.
Confirmation emails are sent instantly:
The guest will receive a confirmation with full booking details.
