Objective
You can cancel any user’s space reservation. This instantly removes the booking, frees up the time slot, and notifies the users.
1. Open Space Reservations
Navigate to Spaces Resources → Reservations
Find the booking you want to remove.
On the right side of the row, click the three-dot menu and select:
Cancel Booking
2. Confirm the Cancellation
A confirmation modal will appear showing:
The guest’s email
The name of the space (e.g., Conference Room)
A note that the action cannot be undone
To proceed, click:
Cancel Booking
3. What Happens After Cancellation
The booking is immediately removed from the reservation list.
The time slot becomes available again for others to book.
The user receives a cancellation notification email.
If the booking was added manually (free booking), no payment or refund is involved.
If the booking was made by a member through the public app, any applicable refund rules will apply automatically.
Notes & Tips
Manual bookings never trigger refunds since they bypass payment entirely.
Member recognition still applies: if the reservation belonged to an existing member, the cancellation behaves the same way as if they cancelled themselves.
Useful for schedule changes, no-shows, and room resets—keeping space availability accurate in real time.
Cancellations are final: once you confirm, the record is removed and cannot be restored.
