Overview

Once a subscription plan is created, you can manage its settings, pricing, availability, and lifecycle. This article explains how to view, edit, archive, or delete any plan.

1. Open the Plan Actions Menu

From the Subscription Plans page, each plan has a three-dot menu on the right side.
Click this menu to access all available actions:

  • View details

  • Edit plan

  • Archive plan

  • Delete plan

2. View Details

Selecting View details lets you see the full configuration for that plan, including:

  • Name and description

  • Product ID

  • All price options

  • Subscriber counts

  • Status (active, hidden, archived)

3. Edit Plan

Choose Edit plan to update:

  • Plan name

  • Description

  • Joining fee

  • Price options (add, remove, or change intervals)

Edits will apply immediately for new sign-ups.

⚡︎ Existing subscribers retain their current pricing unless Stripe rules apply (e.g., proration when interval changes).

4. Archive a Subscription Plan

Archiving a plan hides it from new members but keeps all existing subscriptions running normally.

Use this option when:

  • A tier is being retired

  • You want to prevent new sign-ups temporarily

  • You want to replace the plan with an updated version

When archiving, you’ll see a confirmation modal:

Important:
Archived plans cannot be selected during onboarding or manually assigned to new users.

Please note that archived plans will remain visible for admins and remain active for current subscribers. If you have any questions regarding this please let us know and we will be happy to help!

5. Delete a Subscription Plan

Deleting a plan permanently removes it from the system.

A plan can only be deleted if:

  • It has zero active subscribers

  • All plan prices no longer have associated subscriptions

You will see a confirmation message before deletion:

This action cannot be undone.

Deleting a plan is appropriate when:

  • The plan was created by mistake

  • It was used for testing

  • It is no longer needed and has no subscribers attached
