Overview

Each subscription plan can contain multiple pricing options (e.g., monthly, annual, quarterly). This article explains how to add a new price, update intervals, and archive a price that’s no longer offered.

1. Open the Plan Details Page

From the Subscription Plans list, click on the plan you want to modify.

You’ll see:

  • Plan name

  • Product ID

  • All existing prices

  • Joining fee and additional settings

2. Add a New Price

Click Add Price on the right side of the Pricing section.

This opens the Create New Price modal.

Fill out the fields:

  • Price Amount

  • Currency (USD, GBP, EUR depending on your setup)

  • Billing Interval

    • Monthly

    • Quarterly

    • Semi-Annual

    • Annual

Click Create Price to save.

3. Archiving an Existing Price

You can archive a price without removing the entire subscription plan.

This is useful when:

  • You are no longer offering a specific interval (e.g., quarterly)

  • You’re replacing it with updated pricing

  • You want to prevent new sign-ups to an old rate

How to archive a price:

  1. Click the three-dot menu next to the price.

  2. Select Archive price.

  3. Confirm in the modal.

What happens when a price is archived?

  • Existing subscribers on that price continue uninterrupted.

  • New members will no longer see or be able to select this price.

  • The price remains visible in admin view for historical reference.
