Set up languages & the copy for your return form

You can set up languages & the copy for your return form only once you are inside the dashboard. You can edit it within settings >> Text & Translations.


To add another language to the return form:

  1. Type in the language code and click on ‘Add Language’ button.

  2. You can add multiple languages based on the requirements of users. The form picks the local language of the browser by default. Here are some common languages:

    1. Swedish - sv

    2. Norwegian - no

    3. English (Default) - en

    4. French - fr

  3. Initially, there will be a default set of messages created to be translated.

  4. You can add /delete rows by hovering over them or clicking on the three dots on the right of the translation.

  5. On setting up the desired languages, click on apply changes.

Edit the text in the different phrase:

Phrases will be available by default, but you can always customize them.

  1. All the texts highlighted in green are editable. Click on the required highlighted section and type the text. Edit the text for one language and repeat the process for its translation.

  2. You can edit all the different pages of the return form by clicking on their name. This will open the wireframe. These are the following pages:

    1. Welcome screen: The first page the customers see when they register their returns.

    2. Error screen: This is the page customers see in case of any error while returning.

    3. Items screen: Customers view their order details, products and return options.

    4. Thank you screen: This is the last page that confirms Returns registration and explains the next steps.

  3. Click on Apply Changes to save your changes.
