Source channel filter benefits retailers by refining return data across multiple sales channels. Users can exclude sources like point of sale, store orders, wholesale, Etsy, webshop, and more.

The Source Channel Filter empowers retailers to gain more accurate return metrics. By default, all the source channels come already chosen/pre-selected.

Note: Source channels are imported from your OMS (Shopify, Centra, or Woocommerce). e.g. store orders, wholesale platforms, Etsy, Webshop, and other connected sources.

How to Use the Source Channel Filter:

  1. Navigate to the Analytics, in the insights page click on Overview, Product, Category or Brand on your yayloh dashboard.

  2. Locate the Source Channel Filter tool next to the time period.

  3. Click on the drop down.

  4. Click on the checkbox to select or deselect the sources.

  5. Exit the drop down to save your preferences.
