Your watch is out of warranty if it was purchased more than 2/5 years ago or if the failure of your watch is due to improper handling and / or following a shock.

You will receive a quote following receipt and inspection of your watch in the workshop by our watchmakers. Please note that if you do not accept the quote, you will be charged €30 delivery costs for returning your watch.
Regarding vintage/antique watches, we unfortunately no longer have spare parts in stock for models prior to 2010. If your watch is from after 2010 and you would like to have it serviced/repaired, please contact us through our 24/7 online chat on www.yema.com to request instructions to send the watch back.
If your watch is from before 2010, we recommend contacting YEMA watch enthusiasts and collectors who sometimes sell spare parts and have them in stock. Some also offer repair services. You can contact them through the YEMA section of the Watches Forum and the YEMA Watches Owners Facebook group.
