1. ORDER INFORMATION

Once you have placed an order through our online store you will receive a confirmation email with the summary of your order.

If you registered when placing your order, you can view the status of your order under your YEMA Privilege account accessible from the Customer Center menu and through the Order Status option inside the chat window online.

2. PREPARATION OF YOUR ORDER

Your order is systematically taken care of by our team of watchmakers on D + 1 (excluding weekends, public holidays and Christmas/New Year holidays). Depending on the available stock, your watch can be prepared within 24 hours through a final quality control.

Mechanical watches with multiple complications require a preparation of min. 72h.

Then we send your watch directly from our workshops in Morteau in the Doubs. For shipments in France, delivery generally takes place within 2-3 working days.

Please note that we do not provide weekend deliveries. For a watch ordered on Friday, shipping will take place no earlier than Monday, therefore delivery Wednesday or Thursday.

3. PACKAGE TRACKING

Once your order is ready to ship you will receive 3 to 4 SMS alerts (if option enabled) and shipping emails:

1. Ready for dispatch: D-day when your package leaves our workshops

2. During delivery: Your package is being dispatched

3. Available at a pick-up point (optional): Your package has arrived at the chosen relay point

4. Delivered: Your package has been received

You can track your package at any time and get an estimated delivery date by clicking on the tracking number for your package listed on your order and the tracking emails sent by our partner DHL.
