The reimbursement guarantee applies exclusively to watches that have not been the subject of a breakdown resulting from improper handling or following a shock. The watch must be returned in perfect working and visual condition (no scratches or signs of use or modifications/sizing to the steel bracelet) with its original box, instructions and warranty card (accessories offered if you have received an offer).

The reimbursement guarantee also does not apply to watches with personalized engravings or purchased through a Kickstarter project.
