We use DHL Express as our logistics partner for all shipments and deliveries to outside France and outside the EU.

DHL Express acts as a broker on behalf of customers to ease the Customs clearance process.

When shipments require documents and information, DHL will contact the shipper or receiver to ask for the required documents and information.

Documents/information usually required (depending on the country) are:

  • SSN (Social security number) for indentification purposes- *USA only

  • Watch/Clock detail worksheet/value breakdown

  • Tax ID Information

  • Passport No. / ID No.

  • Copy of Passport or ID

Do note that we export TAX-FREE to countries outside the EU. The prices in USD exclude taxes.

Once the shipment reaches the US, customs/import duties will be charged/applied.

Also note that these taxes/duties are of the recipient's responsibility and will have to be paid to DHL (in charge of customs clearance) via the link they will send by email.
