When your students are zooming through their curriculum, sometimes they forget to stop and smell the roses - or in this case, get acceptable scores and truly learn the material.

If you feel like your students have passed through a lesson without actually attaining the goals you expect, you can delete progress one lesson at a time. This is great for when you want them to redo a lesson or two and not reset them altogether.

To do this, first, go to your Classes tab.

Then, select your classroom that the student whose progress you'd like to delete is in.

Now, select the student's name.

Now, select the Curriculum tab.

Select the category of curriculum, then the date range. When you find the lesson, click the red X at the far right to delete that score.

Then, you'll be asked to confirm this. Hit Delete.

(Note: If the quiz had 4 questions, that student will have to take the whole quiz again; not just the question that was incorrect.)

Confirm your command and the student will have the ability to redo that area only.

For Super Citizenship, an extra step you can take is, when students make mistakes in these tests, chat with them about why they made their choices. It gives us a truer understanding of how students behave when they are out not being watched, or they really don't understand that their online behavior has real consequences, or they just didn't understand the question. No matter the reasoning, it becomes a great teachable moment for one or more students!
