Review brand members
The Members page shows the people who currently have access to the brand, including their:
Name
Email
Role
A workspace member can have a different access level in each brand — or no access to a particular brand.
Add members to a brand
To add someone to a brand, they must already belong to the workspace.
From the brand’s Members page, you can add existing workspace members and assign their access level for that specific brand.
If someone isn’t part of the workspace yet, invite them to the workspace first.
The number of members you can add to a brand depends on your plan:
Starter: up to 2 members
Pro: unlimited
Enterprise: unlimited
Brand access levels
Brand roles can be assigned as:
Viewer — can view the brand.
Editor — can change prompt status, add prompts, manage Markets & Languages, and add or remove existing workspace members from the brand.
Manager — can manage Markets & Languages and brand members, including adding members, changing their access level, and removing them from the brand.
A member can have a different role in each brand.
Manage member access
Brand Editors and Brand Managers can add existing workspace members to the brand and remove members from it.
Brand Managers can also change a member’s access level within the brand.
Workspace Editors can manage brand membership at workspace level.
Removing a member from a brand removes their access to that brand only. They remain part of the workspace and can continue accessing any other brands they have permission to view.
