Here's how you can track the performance of your Yieldstreet 360 portfolio.

Distributions

Your portfolio is expected to receive regular distributions from the underlying funds according to their established schedules:

  • Carlyle Tactical Private Credit Fund: Quarterly

  • Goldman Sachs Real Estate Diversified Income Fund: Quarterly

  • StepStone Private Markets Fund: Semi-Annual

During the first year your portfolio is open, all distributions will be automatically reinvested in the interest of compounding your returns. After one year, investors can opt to receive cash distributions instead of having them reinvested.

Net asset value (NAV)

Each of the underlying funds in your portfolio has a net asset value (NAV), which is the value of all fund assets, less liabilities, divided by the number of shares outstanding.

Your portfolio also has an overall NAV based on your allocations to the underlying funds.

Should you liquidate all or a portion of your portfolio, it is based on your NAV.

Total return

Starting in September 2025, investors will also be able to view their portfolio's total return. In addition to showing capital appreciation and income like the NAV, it also adds back distributions, providing a holistic view into your portfolio's performance.
