An investment request may remain in a pending state for three main reasons:

  1. The investment follows a weekly or monthly subscription schedule, and the closing has not yet occurred.

  2. Funds have not yet been received and cleared by Yieldstreet.

  3. Accreditation status is either unverified or under review.

Subscription Schedule

Subscription processes vary depending on the investment, with confirmations occurring daily, weekly, or monthly. Your investment request will be confirmed on the designated subscription date according to the investment’s schedule.

Learn more about subscription schedules here.

Funds Have Not Settled

Your investment will remain pending in your portfolio until Yieldstreet receives and clears your funds. It may take up to 5 business days from the date your funds are debited for your investment to become active.

Accreditation Status is Unverified

If you are an accredited investor participating in our single-asset class offerings, your investment may remain pending if your accreditation status has not been verified. If any additional steps are required to verify your accreditation, you will find them listed under the Accreditation section of your Yieldstreet account.
