User account information
You can update your user account name, phone number, two-factor authentication (2FA) settings, and password directly from your User Profile page.
If you change your phone number in your User Profile and you receive 2FA verification codes via SMS, be sure to also update the SMS number in the Two-Factor Authentication section of your User Profile.
Changing your email address
To update your email address, please contact our Support team for assistance and provide them with the new e-mail you would like to use going forward.
Investor account specific information
Whether you have one or multiple investor accounts, you can view each account’s information individually on the Account Management page.
On the account management page, you will be able to edit your address directly on your own.
