The Yieldstreet Alternative Income Fund does not have a termination date. As of December 21, 2021, the Alternative Income Fund's Board of Directors has approved a change to remove the Alternative Income Fund’s terminal date and make the Alternative Income Fund a perpetual fund, like the vast majority of ’40 Act funds offered today.
